92 Club - Privacy Policy

Read the 92 Club privacy policy: what information we collect, how we use and protect it, your data-protection rights, and how to contact us with any privacy questions.

Information we collect

Account and registration data

When you create a 92 Club account on 92club.club, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. To comply with KYC requirements applicable in India, we also collect copies of government-issued identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN card, or a valid passport. This information is verified before your account is activated and before any withdrawal is processed.

Financial and transaction data

To facilitate deposits and withdrawals, 92 Club collects payment details associated with the methods you choose. For UPI transactions made through PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM, we collect your registered UPI ID and the reference number issued by the payment gateway. For net-banking or card payments, we collect masked card or account metadata; full card numbers are never stored on our servers. A complete record of all credits, debits, and bonus allocations to your 92 Club wallet is retained as part of your transaction history.

Usage and technical data

We automatically record device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, operating system version, session timestamps, and in-app behaviour such as game rounds played and features accessed on 92club.club. This data is collected through cookies, server log files, and similar technologies. If you participate in live games or tournaments hosted on 92club.club, additional gameplay metadata, such as round outcomes and session duration, may also be captured to support dispute resolution and platform stability.

How we use your information

Service delivery and account management

Your personal data is used to create and maintain your 92 Club account, authenticate logins, process deposits and payouts, and grant access to all games and promotional features on 92club.club. Processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you; without it, we cannot operate your account or honour withdrawal requests.

Legal and regulatory compliance

92 Club is obligated to verify user identity and age, monitor transactions for indicators of money laundering, and maintain records for statutory periods under applicable Indian financial regulations. KYC documents, transaction logs, and communication records may be disclosed to regulators or law-enforcement authorities when legally required. We retain such records for a minimum of five years following account closure.

Fraud prevention and platform security

Transaction data, device fingerprints, and behavioural signals are analysed continuously to detect and prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and unauthorised account access. Where suspicious activity is confirmed, we may suspend an account, reverse transactions, or share evidence with relevant authorities. This processing is carried out in our legitimate interest and in the shared interest of all 92 Club users.

Your rights

Rights under Indian data protection law

As a user based in India, you have the right to access the personal data 92 Club holds about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete records, and, in certain circumstances, request erasure of data we no longer have a legal basis to retain. You may also object to processing carried out for direct-marketing purposes and withdraw any consent you have previously given, such as consent to receive promotional communications, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

How to exercise your rights

To submit an access, correction, or erasure request, log in to your 92 Club account and navigate to the Privacy section of your profile settings, or contact us directly at the email address listed below. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and provide a substantive response within 30 days. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days and will notify you accordingly.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing any request that would expose or alter personal data. Note that certain records, such as AML transaction logs, may be exempt from erasure where retention is required by law.
