Use of the site

By accessing or using 92club.club (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 92 Club and apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where use of this Site is lawful to access any feature or service offered here. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. 92 Club reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You agree not to transmit unsolicited promotional material, introduce malicious code, scrape or data-mine Content without written consent, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server or network connected to the Site. Any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users' enjoyment of the Site, or that causes harm to 92 Club's reputation or operations, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

Account responsibilities

If you register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify 92 Club immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login details. 92 Club may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms at our absolute discretion.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and features available on 92club.club are the exclusive property of 92 Club or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999, as applicable in India, as well as other relevant intellectual property legislation. Unauthorised use of any protected material may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

Ownership and trademarks

The "92 Club" name, logo, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are owned exclusively by 92 Club. You must not use these marks in any manner without our express prior written consent. All other product names, logos, and marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any mark displayed on the Site.

Site content and permitted copying

Text, graphics, images, video, data compilations, and all other content on the Site ("Content") are owned by or licensed to 92 Club, with all rights reserved. You may print or save a single copy of a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial reference only, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

User submissions

Any feedback, comments, or other material you submit to the Site grants 92 Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that material in any medium. You warrant that you own or control all rights in any submission and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92 Club, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 92 Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No warranties

The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 92 Club does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risk arising from your use of the Site.

Aggregate liability cap

Where liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable Indian law, 92 Club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of INR 500 or the total amount paid by you to 92 Club in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
